1. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. As soon as your package is shipped, you will be able to track its delivery online.

Our delivery times are 10 to 20 days depending on the destination and the carrier.
Each item is carefully prepared to ensure premium quality.
3. Are your items made of real fur?
Yes, our hats, coats, and bags are made from high-quality real fur, selected for its softness, durability, and luxurious appearance.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Cards (Visa, Mastercard…).
All transactions are secure.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, provided the item has not been worn and remains in its original condition.
