Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French and European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are free to change your mind, as long as the conditions below are met.

Return Acceptance Conditions

To ensure the integrity and quality of our items, any returned item must:

be in perfect new condition,

not have been worn, used, or washed,

be sent in its original packaging,

have all tags intact and not removed.


⚠️ Any item whose tag has been removed, cut, or detached cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


Our items are made with care; we do not accept returns that show signs of excessive trying on, perfume, makeup, or improper handling.


Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at [your customer service email] indicating your order number.

2. You will receive our instructions along with the return address.

3. Once your request is made, you have 14 days to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

We recommend a secure shipment with tracking; the item remains your responsibility until received by our team.


Refund

After verification and validation of the return, we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as that used for the purchase.

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part.

Exchanges

To ensure smooth management, we do not perform direct exchanges.

If you want a different size or model, you can make a new purchase once the refund is validated.
